Research

Over last year and this year ive been collecting websites, designers names etc on my dashboard to help with inspiration for work. This has become very useful as it is easy for me access websites and gather them quickly without loosing bits of paper. I will be contacting a few of these companies with my portfolio.

Creative Review 2009

Some really effective typography i found the August issue of Creative Review. Big bold type to work across a full page and half a page together. This is kind of stuff i want to produce when i design a publication for a brief [which i haven't chosen yet]

Triso Typeface By Ric Bell

A conceptual typeface based around the isometric grid and form of a cube, designed to link together to create bigger modular patterns.

The file supplied is for two main uses:

1. To be CNC-machined out of wood or plastic to be used as a decoration or sculptural piece.

2. To be laser cut out of sticky vinyl to be applied to walls or around corners of rooms/buildings.
